CG Learning the Ropes is the brainchild of two Coast Guard officers with over 40 years of combined military experience.  We believe all Coast Guard personnel volunteer to serve their country and deserve the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, to achieve satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. Our long-term strategy is to create a new forum for all Coast Guard personnel to get thoughtful and relevant career advice no matter which stage of their career.
